• It is compulsory to wear HELMET while riding the bike.
* Customer need to deposit security amount as per the bike Choosen + Security amount shall be refunded once the tour is done and bike is
returned to us.
* Customer has to bear petrol Expense.
* Any damage that ours during the course of tour time shall be paid for by the customer.
* All cost relating to injury and hospitilization and any expenses subsequently arising such as tour extension hotel booking, motorcycle transport cost are to be born by the participant, and his personal travel insurance.
* Every drive is responsisble for his or her safe driving, the careful handeling of the vehicle for his or her own safty as well as that of the other drivers and innocent bystanders. The undersigned considers himself informed of Indian Trafic Regulations as well as the actual unorthodox traffic situations and the technical limitations of the motorbike ie weak breaks and breaks leavers. Participants are responsible for daily oil and battery check. The participants are liable for any subsquent damage due to negligance to perform daily oil and battery check.
* Documentation: should include a valid two wheller License/a valid internatioani Drivers License, & addequate insurance coverage for the duration of the tour. All necessary documents, which also include passport and the motorcycle papers, should be carried on the person at all time.
* Office Timing: We are open 7 days from 7 am to 7 pm IST. Release or collection of tour rental bike at any other time only if timing is confirmed by our crew.
* Extra time used will be charged @ Rs. 600 Per/Hrs.
* All the disputes subject to MANALI JURISDICTION only.
